From Humble Beginnings

It all started with a bunch of beautiful, nerdy and greedy Singaporean friends.

Bonded by our love of sweet treats, we came together to show people that eating healthy doesn't need to be boring. 

Having struggled with allergies and health issues all our lives, we finally found a simple solution. Cut down on sugar, eat food made with fresh ingredients, ditch the gluten, and reduce our intake of processed foods.  

After much talk and many snacks, we opened TIANN'S, the first gluten-free bakery and restaurant in Singapore, owned and run by locals.

Where We Are Now

We have a 50 seat dine-in restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also offer takeaway & delivery, a subscription and grocery service, cakes, food for events, and cooking workshops.

Our Creations

We take extreme care when it comes to preparing your food. All our creations are handcrafted in our kitchen without adding refined sugar or gluten. Our food is perfect for those wanting healthier or more wholesome options with less sugar. We also cater to those allergic to dairy, with coeliac disease, or following a paleo/keto/vegan diet. 

We make everything ourselves so we can control the amount of sugar that goes in, making our creations “much less sweet lah”. Our ketchup is made in house with Italian tomatoes, and our jam is made with almost 90% fruit. Our Kaya is made from scratch, our Kimchi fresh, and our Gochujang has enough flavour to knock your socks off. Even our baked goods and gelato have fewer carbs and less sugar.

    We want to make building good habits as easy as possible for you. We provide healthy meals, teach you how to cook better and have a selection of curated groceries so that you can continue eating real good food at home.

  • Our Restaurant

    Located in Tiong Bahru, we are the perfect stopover no matter the time of day. We always have healthy sweet treats and groceries on display and a delicious dine-in and takeaway menu. We are open Tuesday to Sunday for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so come say hello.

    We promise to avoid nasty artificial flavours, colours, xanthan gum and only use natural sweeteners. We promise to ditch the gluten, make our meals with lower carbs, and only use the very best ingredients. We take pride in making creations for you that are tasty and trustworthy, all while bringing the Singaporean flavour.
