TIANN'S Golden Phoenix Pineapple Tarts 甜 金黄凤梨酥

100% hand made without refined sugar and gluten.

Made from scratch with naturally ripened honey pineapples, we used the best ingredients: French butter, Aussie almonds, Madagascan vanilla bean, to create this healthier version. We waited till the honey pineapples are ripe so that they are at their optimum sweetness levels, then flavoured it two ways: with vanilla bean and with orange zest, cinnamon, Maldon sea salt. And sweetened it slightly with organic raw sugar. Each golden ball of pineapple is encrusted in a handmade French butter almond crust. Every tart is glazed with farm fresh local eggs and slow baked. These tarts contain 80% less sugar than usual. Due to the amount of time and effort it takes to make each box, limited quantities are available. Each Grand box contains a whole honey pineapple: 16 tarts, 8 pieces of each flavour. Each Little box contains 6 tarts, 3 in each flavour.

Keep in a cool and dry space or in the fridge, best consumed within 2 weeks. Let sit and return to room temperature in its covered box to prevent condensation from the temperature change, make the tarts lose their flakey-ness and affect flavour negatively.

Collection and Delivery for Chinese New Year 2026: Orders with items containing Chinese New Year products are available for collection from 11am. Delivery slots for such items are 2 hours long instead of the usual one hour (i.e. 11am to 1pm). From 12 to 15 February 2026, the earliest collection is from 1pm and delivery is between 1pm and 3pm.
