Grandma's Bibimbap // Salad

Fresh shiitake, white radish, red, green, yellow capsicum and carrot cooked in garlic, olive oil and sesame oil, w our house-made cucumber kimchi, fried local barn-raised egg, Korean roasted seaweed and our Bibimbap sauce made with our Gochujang and served w fresh greens, organic millet w Japanese rice, or as a salad.  

Dairy free, paleo friendly and egg free option is available upon request.

Cucumber kimchi contains crustaceans.
