We sourced this vintage organic Pu-erh tea from the highlands from Yunan, China. This Pu-erh tea came in tea cakes and we gently picked it into silvers for your ease of enjoyment. Fermented Pu-erh tea aids digestion and improves spleen and liver health. And being antioxidant rich, it combat oxidative stress, promoting longevity and healthier skin, enriching beauty both inside and outside with each sip.

How to enjoy this better? 
Use 6-8 grams of tea per 200ml gaiwan/teapot and brew with boiling water.

Each bag contains 10-13 servings (80g).
