A medley of our matcha genoise rice sponge smothered in our organic Kyoto matcha Valrhona chocolate ganache, with fluffy wild strawberry mousse, fresh strawberry compote, and surprises of rich matcha Japanese-styled mousse. Have we mentioned that all the matcha used is ceremonial grade and also organic? Think kimono-donning artisans kneeing and whisking matcha in hundred year-old shikki bowls. Celebrate this Mother’s day in decadence with this cake!
