Our Spring edition of cookies to celebrate the season! Each tin holds three flavours:
Raspberry Rosé, Coconut Gula Melaka and the favoured French Butter.
Made from scratch with Australian almonds instead of wheat flour. These almond cookies are made help reduce sugar intake and to increase protein intake. Using butter from grass-grazing cows instead of hydrogenated vegetable oils, we reduced the inflammatory omegas and upped the health boosting ones. These are without artificial flavours, artificial colouring and preservatives. Every cookie also looks a little different from each other since they are all hand made.
Keep well refrigerated. Let returned to room temperature in its covered box to prevent condensation from the temperature change make the biscuits lose their crunch affect flavour negatively.
