Made with our homegrown pandan leaves, this best selling roll cake is made of our Australian almond pandan sponge, handmade kaya and French butter. And then finished with almond crispies cooked with only organic raw sugar and organic maple syrup. Our kaya is also made with gula Melaka, coconut and fresh eggs in the traditional way, just like how Chef’s grandpa used to, without any artificial flavourings nor colourings. This cake is made completely without refined sugar and made without wheat flour, reducing the sugar load, making this the perfect cake to have!
